The great Adam Savage of MythBusters fame is often credited with saying "The difference between science and screwing around is writing it down."
We agree, and have a few ideas:
- APP Courses (for best practices uncovered by the Methodology Panels)
- A quarterly journal to document The Aster-P Project's progress. (Say that three times fast,)
APP COURSES
Designed for those interested in a better understanding of the science and academics of the paranormal, these will be formal primers. Presented in a college-course format, each 6-8 week primer will offer a review of the accepted knowledge on a particular intersection of paranormal and science.
Initial courses involve general academics, general science, environmental facets, and scientific investigation. Tentative program ideas include a merit system and certification for successful participants. A methodology panel will finalize the first draft outlines (already written) for the courses.
USING FEEDBACK
This is the spot of the page where we usually ask for constructive feedback. All feedback will all be discussed in the Methodology forum that is concerned with APP's internal "methodology."
